Here is a Storify of a workshop that I led at the School of Oriental and African Studies in London. This discovery workshop was very much a continuation of my contribution to Runnymede Trust’s End Racism campaign, where, earlier in the year, I took part in a discussion panel about race and sex. Our workshop explored some of these themes in more detail using a blend of theoretical and experiential learning. It was a very interesting and thought provoking session!
Here is the #SOASBlackMasculinities twitter page for this event!
Here is a related post about Black Feminism and its position within the Racial Patriarchy.
Greetings from California! I’m bored to tears at work so
I decided to browse your site on my iphone during lunch break.
I really like the knowledge you provide here and can’t wait to take a look when I get home.
I’m surprised at how quick your blog loaded on my mobile ..
I’m not even using WIFI, just 3G .. Anyhow, wonderful site!
